Meet Elishia Ortiz.
Elishia is the founder of Adira Digital and HERMVMT (pronounced "her movement"), a women's community of more than 600 members with sold-out monthly events. She has spent over a decade producing events, building brands, and filling rooms across San Diego and Seattle and beyond. Through Adira Digital, she leads social media strategy, content creation, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling for clients ready to be seen. Through HERMVMT, she creates spaces where ambitious women and female founders connect, grow, and rise together.
She is the current Miss Greater Seattle, Miss Congeniality in the Washington American pageants 2026, and first runner-up for Miss Washington for America Strong 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Public Relations from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is also the daughter of a U.S. Army veteran, and lived in more than 20 countries before building her life in Seattle.
Elishia is a speaker and mentor focused on women's leadership, confidence, and faith-led ambition. She is a certified yoga instructor for adults and kids, a paddle board yoga instructor, a ballroom and Latin dancer, and a PNBA Pro Bikini Angel Card holder. Her 2026 word of the year is EXPANSIVE. She brings warmth, honesty, and real strategy to every stage. Audiences leave with a plan, not just inspiration.
